On Feb. 25, country duo Florida Georgia Line released a music video for their latest radio single “Get Your Shine On” from their newest studio album “Here’s to the Good Times.” It is the follow-up to their breakthrough smash hit “Cruise.”
Thanks to the success of “Cruise,” Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard garnered an Academy of Country Music (ACM) award for “Top New Vocal Duo or Group.”
They co-wrote the tune with Rodney Clawson and Chris Tompkins. Their video was filmed in Cancun, Mexico and it is a great deal of fun since it involves beaches, jet skis, guitars and booze.
Presently, the song sits at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay Charts and it has the potential to climb higher thanks to their loyal listeners and fans and support from mainstream radio. Although the song is solid, its video helps elevate it to a higher level.
