Repticon 2013

Repticon 2013 was this weekend at UNF. It was a great turn out and it attracted a lot of interesting and new faces.

Repticon is a place for snake, lizard and amhibian lovers to come together and talk about their wonders. You can buy, sell, trade snakes, lizards, monitors, bearded dragons, frogs, and turtles. It was incredible. They even had some exotics there as well, such as baby chinchillas and a baby hedgehog.

They had crickets and mealworms so people could buy a pet and have the food there, or if you needed food for your pet, it was there. The patterns and colorations of what I saw yesterday was truly amazing. Our breeders are getting better at picking pretty snakes.

It is a great place to go and see the creepy and the crawly, I took my puuppy with me when I went and I wasn't tbe only one. There was a couple other dogs there as well.

Let the nerds have their comicons, let the reptilian lovers have their repticon! I must say I am very excited to upload my pictures from this event. It was a great turnout and I want to thank everyone who showed up and showed your support to these brave people. You will not know how many times I heard "ewww it's a snake" or "mom! It's gross!".
