Most self- whitening products don’t work well. However one of our editors put one of the products to the test. Rembrandt has a 2 hour deep whitening kit available at your local Target store for $18 US.
How the product works is to use a top and bottom tray that is molded to your teeth. Once the purchaser has their tray molded, then you insert the whitening gel into the tray. The purchaser keeps the top and bottom tray in their mouth for 20 minutes.
After every twenty minutes the purchaser should take a ten minute break. Complete the last two steps until all whitening gel is used or until teeth are whitened to satisfaction.
The first application does not work as quickly but by the second and third the teeth should be lighter. See results below.
