It's hard to blame sculptors like Werner Klocke for making so many two-weapon fighters. After all, it makes the character that much interesting when the figure has another weapon in its hand. Dual-wielding rangers are particularly suitable, and Elladan is no exception with his sword and dagger.

He has a cloak of course, and Herr Klocke added his usual flourishes, in this case a leaf theme that clearly designates Elladan as a ranger, not a rogue who happens to like pointy things. Unlike some of the other dual-wielders, Elladan looks like a ranger at first glance, which is how it should be. You can order this miniature at Noble Knight Games.
