Finding the right sneaker can make a world of difference in your workout. I recently tested out one of PUMA’s most innovative and exciting products from the Spring 2013 collection, BioWeb Elite. This attention grabbing trainer features an outsole with details inspired by a spider web and an insole that provides comfort and stability.
The overall design of the BioWeb Elite plays with negative space, carving into the outsole tread and minimizing materials to reduce weight, but it also features a unique element called the “Webcage.” Never heard of "Webcage" performance technology before? This is an engineered piece of technology that wraps around the foot in order to keep it supported during intense workouts. The cage acts as the web that encompasses the foot, while also keeping the shoe very flexible and lightweight. Perfect for all day wear to-and-from any activity. While wearing the BioWeb Elite's during my Zumba and BodyPump class, I feel like I was able to push my limits even further.
