Sequel Naturals sent along a sample of their various products for the purpose of review. Today we will consider their “Vega Sport” all natural workout supplements.

The Vega Sport Protein Bar contains 15g of “complete, plant-based protein, and is formulated to strengthen and regenerate muscles” and contains “SaviSeeds, a rich, plant-based source of the amino acid tryptophan.”
They are available in Chocolate Coconut and Chocolate SaviSeed flavors.
The “Vega Sport Performance Protein” consists of a “complete multi-source, alkaline-forming plant-based protein blend” this amazing supplement provides 5,500mg of BCAAs and 5,000mg of glutamine per serving!
This one is available in Vanilla, Chocolate and Berry flavors and packs a 26g protein punch.
The “Vega Sport Endurance Gel” provides “instant and sustained energy plus electrolytes and vitamins during workouts.”
Think “gel” and “energy” and you may think high fructose corn syrup and/or maltodextrin. However, Sequel Naturals’ supplement does not contain these ingredients but contains coconut oil “a medium-chain triglyceride metabolized in the liver to provide instant, non-carbohydrate energy.”
