Posh Bridal Show Review: Similar to bridal heaven (Photos)

Sunday I had the opportunity to attend and be a vendor at Posh Bridal Show and I must say that both aspects was a great experience. This was my first experience as a bridal show vendor and I really didn't know what to expect. I have always avoided bridal shows because I thought they would be over crowded and unorganized. My experience at Posh Bridal Show is the main reason you should not assume. This show was simply amazing and opposite of my perception.

Here are some tips for potential vendors of the Posh Bridal Show:

Bring lots and lots of business cards and marketing materials. Trust me you will need them!

Bring comfortable shoes because the soon-to-be brides are very energetic.

Smile until your face hurts.

Here are some things I liked about Posh Bridal Show as a vendor:

This event was well organized. As a vendor, I really hate committing to be a vendor for a show and once you pay your vendor fees you don't hear from the event coordinator until you attend the event. My other pet peeve as a vendor is receiving tons of emails from an event coordinator attempting to entice you to be a vendor, but the event is not well advertised-not even on free social networks! In comparison, for this event I remember getting emails to notify of the attendance based on actual ticket sales for the event and not just an expectancy rate. I must admit I'm very nosy when it comes to events and marketing and promoting so I was really impressed with being able follow their event planning stages on Twitter.

Another big pet peeve for me as a vendor is space. As a vendor, I am a social butterfly. I remember attending a show last year where space was limited and vendors only had elbow room. Posh Bridal Show was held at Addison Convention Centre, which is not only a beautiful venue but space was not an issue either.

As a jewelry and fashion consultant, I love attending shows with vendor variety. Last year I had the experience of being 1 of 15 other jewelry and accessory vendors and I must admit that was not a great experience. It was a breath of fresh air to see a variety of vendors at this event. It was also great to see vendors being passionate about their business and their potential clients. I was amazed at all of the vendor booths at Posh Bridal Show but, I am only naming a few. Event Designed by Nicole specializes in event design for weddings, upscale dinner parties and they provide everything from floral center pieces to specialty linen. In addition, if you looking for a quiet dinner for two, they also provide personal chef services where they come out decorate, cook, and clean. If you are looking for a disc jockey with personality take a look at Patrick Putman of C3K Wedding Entertainment. Other vendors to consider for bridal needs are Allen Tsai Photography, Mi PhotoBooth, Los Lupes Catering Company, Circle Park Bridal, May Flowers & Memorable Gifts, The Engagemint, Pure Luxe Bridal, Mary Kay by Carol Short, and Just Pearlz.

Also watch out for Pure deLite Guilt Free Cupcakes their treats are not only delicious they are also addicting. Almost as addicting as Roz Van Meter sex therapy! Yes Roz was one of the vendors. If you missed this event, the next Posh Bridal Show will take place in March.
