Pocket Your Dollars

The sage wisdom from personal finance blogger, Carrie Rocha, found in her new book, Pocket Your Dollars, should not be overlooked.

SheKnows.com includes it on a short list of the 3 best self-improvement books for the new year and I couldn't agree more. In fact, there are a lot of things Rocha and I see eye-to-eye on. One of the things that impressed me most about her thinking is that she recognized the importance of answering the question of "How much is enough?"

In an article on Forbes.com, she comments, "'The money we have now has to be enough for us. How are we going to make it work?' Taking ownership and personal responsibility for my situation was powerful.”

If you're looking for practical and powerful steps to get out of debt and break harmful money patterns in your life, you won't regret taking time to read this book. Plus, if you have the capacity for coupon clipping and bargain hunting, check out Rocha's blog.
