Recently, our review staff went to Pizza Pie Café in Provo, UT. We were impressed with how serious they took our dietary needs into consideration. They baked our gluten free pizzas on disposable pans to avoid any cross-contact. They also boiled our gluten free pasta in new fresh water. This was a welcome site for our staff. The Flavor of Pizza Pie Café’s was amazing they have a great variety of pizza toppings that are safe. Come of the favorites where Chicken Ranch and the Hawaiian Pizza. Pizza Pie Café Scored high on Flavor. The quality of the ingredients where surprising fresh. They had a decent salad bar. The toppings tasted crisp and flavorful. The texture of the gluten pizza was great. The pizza did not fall apart. It had a great firm taste. There was no sawdust or cardboard feel to the crust. The crusts only come in thin New York style crusts. The price was amazing for the value. Pizza Pie Café is an all you can eat buffet. The price is 9.95 per gluten free meal. We would highly recommend that you try Pizza Pie Café.
