Mat Kearney performed at The Beacham on Friday, January 27th, 2011, in front of an faithful and packed crowd. The line to see Mat stretched to each corner of the block in downtown Orlando that night. Ticket scalpers were making their way up and down trying to buy tickets but nobody would give any up. There was no reason to because they were about to see an amazing artist who is rising to the top very quickly.
Mat was extremely comfortable in front of the crowd. His entrance was very enthusiastic with joy and the vibe he sent to his fans was definitely proving that he wanted to be there. He wanted people to not only hear his music but to feel his words. There is a very good reason why four of his songs have reached the top 20 in the Adult Top 40 Chart and he was there to uphold that status.
