On Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at 6:00 p.m., Philadelphia based fashion designer, Trisha Will debuted her sexy and feminine spring 2013 collection, “Petals.” This fashion presentation was held at the popular Showroom 77, with delicious refreshments and drinks served to the guests throughout the evening. Trisha Will also had some previous pieces from a fall couture collection named “Diamonds”, on presentation. That collection was just as stunning as Trisha Will’s spring 2013 “Petals” ready to wear collection. Throughout the course of the evening, models changed into different looks from the spring collection as requested by the guests.
The looks produced in the collection by Trisha Will exuded both elegance and a sleek sex appeal with unexpected openings in the garments. The collection consisted of bold and subtle pastel hues, peek a boo openings on the lower back of the suit jackets, pants suits, shorts suits, and more. This collection speaks to the modern woman with class, these looks can take any woman from day to night effortlessly.
Throughout the room, Trisha Will had her previous fall collection “diamonds” on display on mannequins and the ladies were equally excited about that collection as well as the spring collection. “Diamonds” is the right name for the stunning silver and white collection of dresses, tops, and chic jackets. Famous fashion blogger and host of “Walk the Talk” event ( a popular event which happens annually in Philadelphia for fashion bloggers and press, which attracts buyers and attendees from all over), Tweety Elitou, was wearing one of the beautiful outfits from the collection. Tweety Elitou’s outfit was paired with the most glamorous and stunning shoes from the collection also.
Trisha Will knows fashion and she knows the modern woman, dressed beautifully for the night also, she is a mother who is pursuing her dreams. When she was laid off from work a few years ago, she decided that it was time to pursue her dreams in fashion. Well, it was a dream well worth it because Trisha Will’s designs are both stunning and intriguing, and fit the mold of the modern woman fabulously.
