When I am looking for pet friendly accommodations what matters to me most are that it is clean, comfortable, in a good location and foremost when they say "pet friendly" they really mean it. Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel meets all of my criteria.
Accommodations in both the tower and the lodge are clean and comfortable and each has it's own unique feel. I have stayed in both the tower and the lodge with my dog. Rooms in the tower are closer to the lobby and hotel restaurants. Those in the lodge are more spacious and quiet.
Sweet Sleeper dog beds are available at your request. Upon arrival you are given a dog guest bag that includes a pick up glove and bags for walks and a sign to place on your door knob to let cleaning attendants know your dog is occupying the room.
Situated on beautiful Lake Kittamaqundi, you could not ask for a better place to go for leisurely walks with your dog. Lakeside restaurants including Clydes of Columbia and Sushi Sono within a few minutes stroll from your hotel and The Mall in Columbia is right across the street.
Sheraton Columbia Town Center is my top pick for pet-friendly accommodations in Columbia. You may find rooms at a lower cost, but not with the comfort and luxury of this hotel. My dog and and I give it 5 paws up!
