Ryan Buell, founder of A&E's hitshow Paranormal State, wrote a book in September of 2010 to give his fans a "behind the scenes" look at some of the famous cases his team worked on, and what happened off camera -- which is always the most interesting part!
Ryan begins by talking about his childhood experiences, his thirst for knowledge and how his catholic religion actually played a role in the creation of his new organization, which started off as being a small club at Penn State in State College, Pennsylvania.
The cover graphics may be the first thing to draw you to this book, but upon further look, it is filled with easy to read personal encounters, which gives it a more sensitive feel, as if you are reading straight from Ryan Buell's diary itself.
So, is Paranormal State: My Journey into the Unknown worth the read? Absolutely. If you are a fan of the show or just a paranormal junkie like me, then definatly pick up the book and give it your time.
