PACT socks review

Socks. It’s safe to assume you’ve heard of them, right? This familiar, though thoroughly overlooked item, is really one of the unsung heroes of the clothing world. They do so much for you and only get thought of when they finally break down and let that big toe of yours pop out through the end.

Now is the perfect time to think about socks. Why? In addition to the normally balmy weather of the San Francisco Bay Area being replaced by cold rain and stiff breezes, Berkeley-based PACT, known for their fab undergarments, is now making socks.

When I heard about these socks, I immediately clicked on over to wearpact.com to check them out. It took about two seconds to decide on which ones I was going to buy. Within a few days, my socks arrived and my feet were happy.

Made from a blend of 90% organic cotton, 7% nylon, and 3% spandex, these socks, much like everything PACT makes, are super soft and fantastically comfortable thanks to their fine yarn and imperceptible toe seam. Even after a month of washing and wearing, these sock look and feel as good as they did the day they arrived. Best of all, in addition to these socks being of the highest quality in regard to fit and finish, they were made in a factory that is 100% wind-powered. Leave it to PACT to find a way to make a great product in an eco-friendly way, and to deliver it at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
