Movie Review: Our Idiot Brother (2011)

Our Idiot Brother is slightly slow and is accompanied by terrible background music for a significant part of the movie.

Ned (Paul Rudd) portrays the ultimate loser. He does drugs and has no motivation or desire to do much of anything. He talks of farm work and goes back forth to live with different family members.

He's not a bad guy. He loves animals, is great with children and is honest to a fault. He's too open. He's accused of having somewhat bizarre mental filters, which seems to be the case.

In the end, Ned gets Willie Nelson, the beautiful Setter that he loves and meets a woman whose dog's name is Dolly Parton. That was sweet!
