“Power” was created and executive produced by Courtney Kemp Agboh ("The Good Wife"). Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson also stars in the drama and also serves as executive producer.

“Power” is a crime drama that chronicles the life of James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari HardwickBeing Mary Jane) who is a crime boss who opens up a night club as a front business to cover his underworld of crime, drug networking and murder.

The first episode is titled “Not Exactly How We Planned” and takes you on a thrilling roller coaster ride with Ghost as he struggles to balance a life of crime with being a husband, father and family man. Omari Hardwick is a master at bringing you into his character’s world. He takes you to the core of his character’s soul. With each scene you will admire Ghost and despise him at the same time while admiring his conviction to succeed and do right by his family even though his world is filled with crime and brutal murder. If you are a crime drama fan “Power” will not disappoint. The first episode will have you anticipating the rest of the season and what will happen next.

The cast also includes Naturi Naughton as Ghost’s wife Tasha St. Patrick; Lela Loren as Angela Valdes and Joseph Sikora as Tommy Egan.

“Power” premieres on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 9 p.m. EST on the Starz Network and will have replays throughout the weekend. Tune in and support this thrilling crime drama.
