Its the start of a new team made of old and new members. Suicide Squad or Task Force X this time around is made up of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Joker's Daughter, and Black Manta. Amanda Waller is no longer in charge and things are already going wrong. New Suicide Squad #1 is written by Sean Ryan with art by Jeremy Roberts.

The Suicide Squad as always is doing the dirty work that no one else wants to do for the government. This time around they are in Russia tasked to take down some top people in the Russian government and to find out what secret projects they have been up to. Things are more chaotic than ever. You have two amazing shooters fighting over the same task and two crazy girls in love with the Joker. Do you really think putting Harley Quinn and Joker's Daughter in the same room, let alone the same team, would be a good idea? Harley has already tired to kill her within the first couple pages.

Everything is going fine. People are getting their asses kicked and handed to them until these secret projects show up. Then things kinda went down hill and that's where we are left off. We are left wondering if the team will be able to save themselves from the mess they have gotten themselves into this time.

What will the team do next? And will Victor Sage, the new head of Task Force X, and Amanda Waller be able to control the newest members of Suicide Squad? This was a very exciting issue to read. I'm a huge fan of Suicide Squad and happy to see it being continued and some new members being added. Have you read this issue yet or are you planning on reading it? Let me know what you think.
