One of the keys to a natural beauty is being healthy. Part of a healthy lifestyle is finding natural products you can feel good about, that are easy to use, and will help you achieve or maintain your precious health. Commit to using products that will increase your health and vitality.
Health experts recommend using products free of aluminum contaminants and I have experimented with several over the years, both for personal cleanliness and to improve skin. Most do not cost a lot but they may be tricky to use, hard to find, or seemingly not work as well as other chemical type products.
Happily I have found a natural body deodorant that indeed works, is easy to use, and a breeze to find in Central Florida.
I see a lot of advertising for deodorant and antiperspirant products on TV. If you haven't heard of Naturally Fresh, it wouldn't surprise me as it comes from a family owned company. Big name companies have a lot of money to spend on advertising, yet I do not understand why they continue to make and promote body products that are loaded with an array of potentially harmful ingredients! Naturally Fresh is a welcome alternative.
I'm away from home about eleven hours a day. I can't fool around with a deodorant that doesn't work. Luckily I found Naturally Fresh at Publix a year or so ago when I didn't have the time to drive to Whole Foods to get another brand of salt crystal. You see, I've been using salt crystals as deodorant for many years since a family member experienced breast cancer. But the round rock type of deodorant crystals were always a bit difficult to handle (especially when wet) and not so easy to find - I always bought them at health food stores. So, when I found Naturally Fresh with aloe at Publix I couldn't wait to try it!
In the past, I'd add a drop of essential oil to other salt crystal deodorants I used (during the application process) but with Naturally Fresh I don't AND it still works for me all day. The best part for me - all the ingredients are natural.

My heart goes out to all of the ladies who worry about being diagnosed with breast cancer. I am happy to recommend a product (wish I could yell it from the mountain tops) that will in no way contribute to bringing that dreaded disease to anyone's body.
I know you may like your big brand antiperspirant BUT the body was made to perspire. Blocking the natural exit route of perspiration from the body - and on top of it adding harmful ingredients to the skin are two potential causes of that disease that I for one, do not want to risk. If you can make easy changes to get and stay well - why wouldn't you?
Take it upon yourself to be healthy, joyful, vibrant, and beautiful. Be who you want to be.
