When Jo downloads the Mangler 2.0 virus into her high school's new computer system she and her friends get more than they bargained for. As the computer begins killing people the small group of students and staff struggle to survive.

This movie was a monumental waste of time. First, it had nothing to do with the original movie or even the Mangler story. The plot was so completely thin and inconsistent we can only guess that it is the reason the acting was so poor. Because the actors couldn’t figure out the story! The plot was obviously only necessary as a basis for a film billed as a horror but, did anyone actually die? There was blood spattering once but we don't actually see anyone killed, much less in an interesting way.
Acting was awful throughout. Even Henriksen was no good in this one.
To make it worse, it was complimented by poor camera work and lousy dialogue. Rumor has it there is an editing or disc error that hides a scene but it is hard to imagine it would make the film any better. We grew so sick of seeing Evangelista strut around in a bikini thinking she was a hottie that we were actually praying for her to die! And special effects in the film were a joke at best.
Don’t just leave this off your list of movies to see, make yourself a note so you don’t get it by accident.
This movie is okay for preens and above (since there was no real violence or mayhem), but there was some foul language.
The Mangler 2 is no longer is no longer showing in any Littleton Colorado movie theatres.
