The long awaited Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider Man #1 came out this week. The story is written by Brian Michael Bendis. The comic features art and cover art by David Marquez. Miles Morales is the 2nd Spider Man in the Ultimate Marvel continuity. Miles posses similar powers as Spider Man after also being bit by radioactive spider, shortly after Peter Parker's Death.

The Story starts off big with a huge villain, Norman Osborne, being transferred to another prison after S.H.I.E.L.D has been shut down. So automatically we know who Miles, Spider Man, will be going up against soon. Then we have some other villains who are being called the Twin Spider Men robbing a truck full of crates. We are not sure who these guys are or what they are stealing right now. Then we cut to Miles talking to his Girlfriend Katie Bishop. Could this be Katherine Bishop, Hawkeye? Miles is struggling with the idea of telling her who he really is. Poor guy is having a rough time. His dad left him because his dad said he's the reason his mom is dead, he now has to live with a friend of his because he has no family, and now his worried about telling his girlfriend the truth about himself. We get introduced to Mary Jane in this issue when Miles goes to her for help about this girlfriend problem. But we soon see that his dad and girlfriend are going to be the least of his worries, when Norman Osborne causes a huge explosion while in a truck being transferred. And out of the flames we see something that looks to be the devil. I'm just guessing this isn't going to be good.

But that's not the only shocking thing to happen in the issues, oh no. While doing his daily check on his old apartment to see if his dad has returned, Miles find someone else in his apartment. Miles opens his bedroom door to find Peter Parker standing there. Peter says his there for some of his old things, saying it's time for the original Spider Man to get back in the game. So now we have Miles Morales, Ultimate Spider Man, and Peter Parker, the original Spider Man, and that's where it leaves us hanging. I can't wait for the next issue. I'm super excited to see Miles and Peter working together or will Miles hang up his spider suit. I doubt Miles will just give up the title, this is a comic called Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider Man, not Miles in the 1st issue then Peter Parker is Spider Man.

So have you read the issue yet? If so what did you think about it?
