Coming across the music of up-and-coming pop singer and songwriter Matt Ryanz on his YouTube channel was one of the greatest musical treats that I have experienced this month. His full-length music video for his new single "It's Love To Me" was published on his YouTube page on April 27, and it may be seen by clicking here.
His music video for the tune is remarkable and captivating, especially since he takes his listeners on an adventure. Laine Kelly and Donny Smutz served as the music video's directors and Heather Mitchell produced it. Ryanz's vocals are warm, calming and slightly reminiscent of musical superstar Ne-Yo, especially in the beginning. His lyrics are heartfelt since he sings about love, thus having a universal theme that many of his listeners and fans can relate to. His catchy music (especially the chorus) can easily put a smile on people's faces at times when they are down. He showcases his impressive writing skills, since he wrote the lyrics and the music for the tune, proving that he is a jack of all trades.
There is also a remix for the song "It's Love To Me" that is in the works, as well as a music video to coincide with the remix, which ought to please his electronic dance music (EDM) listeners, and if it sounds anything like the original tune, it is sure to be a delight.
Overall, Matt Ryanz' music is captivating and honest. It deserves well more than just a passing glance, since is far superior than the majority of the songs that are played on the contemporary pop radio airwaves. He is the real deal and deserves an A rating for this new single. Well done Matt.
