'Marvelously Made' by Dr. Monica Rose Brennan

Marvelously Made encourages you to unveil your true identity and purpose in life.

Most women feel torn in many different directions, such as in terms of what culture tells them to be versus what it means to be defined by God. But Marvelously Made invites and encourages women to discover the truth about who they are and experience that deep contentment that can only come with being found in God and in a reciprocal relationship with him. It employs multiple scripture passages that dig from a range of scriptures from Genesis through Psalms.

This isn't a very long book - in fact, you could probably finish it up within just a few hours’ time. Though there are questions that would be good for a book group or a women’s bible study, I felt that this didn't really pack quite the serious punch that I assumed that it would. It’s mostly mediocre and not all too inspiring. There are some good passages that have highlightable statements, but other than that, as far as this examiner is concerned, it was fairly subpar.
