Complaints coming from the streets of Miami has irritated stressed out union workers who led a march on downtown Miami. The event included activists from all walks of life. From community groups to religous leaders, they were all demanding for the right to put food on their tables. Many outraged at how the Miami job market is receding, bringing forth inadequate jobs whose monetary status does not go over a $4.00 dollars. Waiting outside Wells Fargo bank, their First Admendment rights were being put into action.
"We believe that hard working men and women have the right to put food on their table, have access to adequate health care and give their children the oppurtunity to have better lives by making a good living wage". said Jose Suarez, Communications Director for 1Miami, in an email," Reported by Huffington Post. It happened during Romny and Gingrich's visit to Miami, which is reported to be a coincidence.
