Lucy Angel's Show at 3rd & Lindsley, Nashville, TN (Photos)

Last night I attended a show at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville, TN. Headlining the night was Anthony Smith and he was excellent as expected. The wonderful thing is that the act that went on before him were three lovely ladies that call themselves Lucy Angel. Lucy Angel is comprised of 1 mother and 2 daughters. The family vocal harmony's are there and let's add tons of talent, personality, beauty and sass and shake well and you get LUCY ANGEL.

I predict big things happening for these ladies. They sang a few originals, several songs that are going to be on their upcoming CD and they threw in two cover tunes as well. The Mom Kate is what she refers to herself as, "an army brat," for which Lucy Angel has it's name. They did a little number to honor the military and I am not going to say what it was as I don't want to ruin the surprise for other people that have not yet seen them. These ladies had people singing along and whistling during the entire song. It was very uplifting and so much fun.

If you get the opportunity to see Lucy Angel, do it. You won't be sorry and you will surely fall in love with this trio as I know America will when America gets the chance to know them.
