This elegant jewel on the Hudson River continues to charm its patrons with what it takes for a dining experience to be remembered. Here you find comfort, luxury and beauty, and inspired menus fit for royalty.
This Month marks 10 years of success as one of the areas best for food, location and entertainment. All the stops were pulled out for hundreds of guests attending the celebration on Monday, August 1st. Hor d’oeuvres were stationed and floated throughout the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Bartenders along with the rest of the staff enjoyed themselves as much as friends, family and honored patrons as they performed with spirit and grace. The entertainment was over the top with energizing palpitations courtesy of an audacious DJ, and a hot-rocking band set up beyond the sumptuous patio and gardens. Dangling from the vaulted ceiling of the ballroom upstairs, captifying trapeze artists hung upside down like shimmering ornaments serving champagne as they posed coiled within lengths of silk.
This is the level of enjoyment you can look forward to when you dine or have an event at Liberty House, whether you are a party of two or two hundred. This is quality that you can rely on all the time. The promise of great food and innovative cocktails are the reasons you go, but what you see and feel as you arrive —in the way of genteel surroundings and a sense of welcome from Liberty House Memory Makers and even from the guests already there living their memories —make dining a scintillating facet of the overall experience.
Did you know that every time you are seated at one of three of the most popular tables at Liberty House, someone in need will be helped? That’s right —10% of the proceeds goes to Landmark Hospitality’s Help us Give program and is donated to benefit local charities. Or, did you know that both Liberty House and Landmark Hospitality’s new restaurant Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, New Jersey, offer fixed price dinners and grow their own local, organic, seasonal produce and herbs? There’s even more fun and value for your dollar...
