There will be more than slot machines making noise in town tomorrow, Wednesday (Sept. 18, 2013), from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Texas Station Hotel and Casino.
You’ll need a box of business cards and tennis shoes to hit all the visual booths and to get that valuable face-to-face meet and greet opportunity with business owners. The event is worth the gamble in a city known for gambling.
Several hundred business owners, entrepreneurs and local chamber groups are expected to packed into the IX Annual Las Vegas’ Largest Mixer®, a business hub of local chambers of commerce and business organizations at the hotel (2101 Texas Star Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89032.)
"This 'mega-networking' extravaganza provides the chance for businesses to build new relationships, business leads and learn where the best business networking groups are in the Las Vegas area," said Founder Dave Linden. Linden has been coordinating and organizing these mega events for 15-years and was recently honored by the LA City Council for his drive to generate and help retain business in Southern California.
Linden was recognized, July 17, 2013, at the Shrine Auditorium L.A.’s Largest Mixer®. The mixers are part social mixer, part business expo – the 15th installment in the Largest Mixer® family of events that has already produced successful mixers in Orange County, Inland Empire (Oct. 23, 2013) and Las Vegas. The Mixers are produced by The Dave Linden Group, Inc.
More than 12 area chambers of commerce and business organizations, including industry leaders, as well as networking groups are taking part in sponsoring the event. Individual tickets are $15.
“With the economy the way it is, your network is basically all you have to rely on,” said event supporter, Joel Jarvis. “Las Vegas’ Largest Mixer is the premiere local networking mixer. It’s as good as gets in Las Vegas. Lots of serious business people, business groups, and community business leaders, all in one room for one reason: business,” Jarvis said.
The Mixer is a unique event allowing hundreds of different industries plus thousands of individuals to experience the ultimate in networking while helping to spread the word on their products and services.
The event is open to all business people wanting to grow their business. For chambers and other organizations, it provides that needed boost for new memberships.
