La Flor Dominicana "Mystery Cigar" Lonsdale - Wrapper - Dominican Republic Maduro (Propriety), Binder - Propriety Secret, Filler - Propriety Secret. Full bodied.

Initial lighting taste - Charry cedar and pepper.

First third - Pepper spice, deep earthiness, orange citrus and cedar notes.

Second third - Peppery spice continues with a deep, rich earthiness, citrus and now a chocolate flavor emerges.

Last third - Pepper, earthiness, orange citrus and notes of chocolate. Very long finish of pepper and earthiness.

Construction - Very attractive, dark brown chocolate colored wrapper with a slight bumpy texture and some moderate veins. The wrapper had a nice silky sheen to it and a well constructed pigtail cap.

Burn - Razor sharp burn with a solid white ash that holds on easily until tapped off.

Draw- Perfect draw with just the right amount of smoke produced.

A fantastic cigar! - this might just be my new favorite cigar from LFD. Great complexity and smooth balance which is really amazing considering the power of this cigar. I really enjoy a peppery cigar with earthiness and chocolate notes and a palate - coating long finish that lasts for a long time even after you finish this cigar.
