L’Oreal Paris features a number of products for every need that consumers have. It is a highly trusted brand, and it is truly one of the best brands available. Apart from their excellent cosmetics line, the brand also consists of a number of hair products and hair coloring kits. Four hair coloring products were reviewed, and there is a product for every desired hair look possible.
The first product from L’Oreal Paris that was reviewed is from Feria in shade Cherry Crush (Intense Medium Auburn) R57. The shade is a part of the Power Reds collection. The brand has expanded the line of red shades, and they are truly vibrant. Each box of Feria comes with a conditioner and shampoo, to ensure that one’s hair is left hydrated and soft to the touch. The red shades also include a Color Booster for vibrancy. The consistency is a thick non-drip gel formula. The hair color product is very rich, and adds a beautiful hue to the hair. The shade applied evenly to the hair, and resulted in a beautiful shade of red that will compliment any skin tone (see slide show). The products from this collection retail for $9.99.
Another product from the Feria line was reviewed -- a Wild Ombre hair kit. The product is new, and retails for $12.99. The shade 08O for light to medium blonde hair was reviewed. The other two shades are for medium to dark brown hair, and dark blonde to light brown hair. Ombre remains a popular way to color one’s hair by simply adding a different shade of hair color to one’s lengths and ends. The Feria Wild Ombre formula features Lightening Technology which was created to condition and protect one’s hair when the product is lightening the ends. Each kit contains a Lightening Powder, Lightening Crème, and a Crème Developer. Each kit also comes with a Patented Expert Ombre Brush. This tool helps with the expert application of the product to the ends of the hair. Results can be attained within 25-45 minutes, depending on the desired outcome.
The third L’Oreal Paris hair product reviewed is from the new Superior Preference Paris Couture collection. The shade 5CG (Iced Golden Brown) was reviewed and retails for $9.99. It is a beautiful shade of brown that would look beautiful on everyone. The four new hues were developed with L’Oreal Paris Expert Colorist Christophe Robin with inspiration from the Parisian runways. The other three new shades are as follows: 9DG (Delicate Golden Brown), 8RG (Rose Golden Brown), and 5RM (Rich Merlot Red). The product will help the consumer to achieve 8-weeks of fade-defying color. A new gel technology “hi-tenacity” will resist fading. There are forty-seven shades available, including the four new shades. Each box of hair color features a Pro-Precision Applicator, as well as Care Supreme After Color Conditioner. The product will leave one’s hair looking healthy, shiny, and with beautiful color pigmentation.
The final product reviewed from the brand is from the Excellence Crème collection. The shade 1B (Natural Blue Black) was reviewed from the Black Richesse collection and retails for $8.99. Two other new shades are available as well: 1N (Rich Black), and 2B (Intense Blue Black). There is also a Red Richesse collection as well. The red shades include: 4RM (Dark Mahogany Red), 5RV (Medium Red Violet), and 6RC (Light Cherry Auburn). The Excellence Crème collection of shades is known for the outstanding coverage of gray hair. There are forty-seven shades available. Each box of hair color contains Pro-Color Serum, Color Crème with Pro-Keratine Complex and After Color Conditioner. The 1B shade is a very rich black color, and would compliment any skin tone, and would be perfect for anyone looking for a vivid dark shade.
