Kiddie Kingdom in Niles

Kiddie Kingdom in Niles is a decent alternative to Chuck E. Cheese. The guy working there was super friendly and nice. We were able to use a Groupon which included 200 tokens (which goes by quick since most of the games require 2-4 tokens just to play) and a free large pizza. Since we had a group of us, we also ordered their chopped salad which was pretty tasty, chicken parmesan, and also pasta with meat sauce, as well. Drinks are separate with a soda fountain machine and they also have bottles of beer, as well. Overall, food is pretty decent.
The location is in a strip mall and very unassuming so at least parking is easy to find and free. Overall, the kids liked the games which are geared more towards a 3-7 year old child. My 2 year old mostly enjoyed all of the car/carousel rides towards the front of the place and my 5 year old loved being able to earn tickets with different games. There are plenty of driving games, as well, which my kids love being able to pretend drive. There were even some photo booths that take pictures of the kids (grainy pictures but still fun for them). Also, there are the usual basketball and skeeball games, too. Our kids loved feeding all their hard earned tickets into the ticket counting machine to pick their toy. Since we have a no-weapons rule at home, we were selective in what we redeemed our tickets for. Our son was able to pick up 4 race cars and all our daughter wanted was a pink fairy wand that she treated like a Harry Potter wand. Overall, Kiddie Kingdom in Niles is a nice way to spend a couple hours for food and fun for the family. For the next visit, it appears that there are still a lot of good deals through their website with “Mon-Thurs $5 medium cheese pizza” or for $20, you get a large pizza and 80 tokens.
