Jennifer Lopez, singer slash actress in your bedroom, has always tried inventing the wheel with her music, but never quite mastered the pop music fans want to hear. Yeah, she's exploded great dance hits like 'On the Floor, 'Ain't it Funny' & 'If you Had my Love," but the majority of J-LO's recent albums over the past decade exuded mediocre tracks that just never really climaxed with the ranks of Britney Spears & Lady Gaga albums.

With her brand new studio album - 'A.K.A,' J to LO finally gets back to her hardcore, dance roots with banging cuts and tip top production quality. Her voice sounds great, too and each song builds more anticipation that makes you thirsty for more. With all the media attention that followed her divorce with Marc Anthony and recent hook up with her back-up dancer, it's about time her stalkers talk about her music rather than her personal life. While we love Jennifer Lopez in those sappy, rom-com's and attempts at thrillers like 'Out of Sight', Jennifer Lopez is most effective at creating hot pop music and getting people's asses shaking on the dance floor.

Whether or not you're a fan of J-LO, you can't argue her ability to make you move and be a great background to your fun-filled, partying weekend rendezvous. Jennifer Lopez has mastered the art of dating and love, I mean she titled her last album, L.O.V.E. She can rap about heartbreak or new love and does so with great collaborations with T.I., French Montana & Nas. Well done, J-LO!
