JAX Giants remain on top of their game (Photos)

It seems that the Jacksonville Giants are leading the way in victories at Veterans Memorial Arena and games they’ve played away from home. Only one game that they’ve played this season was a lost. Many people have never heard of who the JAX Giants are, yet the players are a professional team that can slam-dunk, steal the ball and keep the game exciting.

Unlike the NBA (National Basketball Association), the Giants are a part of the ABA (American Basketball Association) and they’re a more friendlier, approachable, family oriented basketball team that just so happens to come out of Jacksonville, Florida. The team has flair. And it doesn’t cost a “mint” to be a part of the festivities.

If you missed the last two games on the 4th and 5th of January, 2013, then you should take a look at the Slide Show at the top of this column to see what you missed and get the scores. The game on the fifth of January ended with the Giants winning 119 against the Birmingham Blitz scoring 83.

Be sure you don’t miss the chance to see the team in action later this month. Don’t forget that the players are available for autographs at the end of each game. If you like the game of basketball and you want to bond with your kiddos, then check the schedule (here) and purchase your tickets (here) for a real hometown sports adventure.
