Jack Irish, Set 2

Guy Pearce is back once again in the role of Jack Irish. The one time criminal lawyer is once again trying to regain his life or at least get it to a level one can properly live. He is a part-time private investigator, debt collector, and if you want someone to be found then you come to Jack Irish.

The story is about a Judge coming to Jack and wanting him to look for a certain red book. This takes Jack into the seedier side of Melbourne. In looking for the red book Jack must deal with the drug dealers, strippers and low-life of the darker side of the Melbourne streets. Jack was initially asked to find a man who turns up dead of a drug overdose. Once he gets into this case it is hard to turn back away from it and when more becomes known the more entangled he becomes. Jack Irish will see it through to the end as he always does.

This DVD of 'Jack Irish, Set 2' will be released on May 27, 2014 by Acorn. The sight and sounds of the DVD are of the highest quality. This is one of those DVDs that you must have in your library.

Guy Pearce is great as Jack Irish. This hero who is flawed sometimes one thinks beyond repair always comes back to finish the case. Along with Guy Pearce is Marta Dusseldorp as Linda Hillier. So if it's an Australian crime drama that you be looking forward to watching then Jack Irish will take you on an adventure through the seedier side of Melbourne that most don't get to see.
