This week you may be celebrating New York Fashion Week or you may be attending it yourself, but is there nothing else quite like enjoying a nice glass of EFFEN Salted Caramel Vodka at the end of a long day of fashion shows?
Recently, we had the chance to wrap our lips around a glass of a freshly popped bottle of EFFEN Salted Caramel Vodka and while the preview was nice and inviting, the finish and impression walking away from the beverage left us in slight confusion.
Once we opened up our EFFEN bottle of Caramel Vodka, the room was quickly filling up with Caramel essences, immediately peaking our interest to try this inviting beverage. We then poured ourselves a generous amuse bouche of EFFEN delight.
After submerging our palettes with some Caramel Vodka, we thought our mouths would be bathing in a strong, foundational, concrete Caramel taste, but what we were let down by a rather soft presence of EFFEN Salted Caramel.
Once we had finished with the initial greeting of the Caramel Vodka, we were left with a unsatisfied feeling that what we just consumed was not what the promise was alluding to at the start.
Now for those who would like to enjoy this drink with a few other ingredients, there is the EFFEN Hautini that's made up of two parts EFFEN Vodka, five raspberries, one fourth part of ground ginger, one part fresh lime juice, one part simple syrup and one fourth part cranberry juice.
Muddle the raspberries with ginger and lime juice. Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain the liquid into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry that is skewered.
While there are plenty of satisfying mixed drinks you can add this type of liquor, enjoy this beverage with no liquid support at your own peril.
