For Discrimination: Race, Affirmative Action, and the Law (Randall Kennedy) on sale September 3 tells the story of how affirmative action is shaping our Country. Kennedy displays how the world sees affirmative action through the eyes of the college system, Circuit Court and the Supreme Court. What is causing this hardship after so many years? Race relation issues are still prevalent in the business world and depending upon what state you live in it can either be blatant and subtle. Without affirmative action we become stagnant and stale. Without affirmative action there is no room for growth. Without affirmative action we become one-dimensional in our interpersonal relationships. Without affirmative action we all fail.
