Manga Review

“Three Wolves Mountain” is a supernatural manga by Bohra Naono. Kaya Susugi is a young man who runs a café by day and guards a haunted graveyard by night. He meets up with Tarou and Jiro Tsukihara. He lets them move into his home, where Jiro develops feelings for him. They’ll have to manage that alongside fighting grave robbing ghouls and Kaya’s own troubled past.

This is a pretty enjoyable manga with no problematic aspects and good artwork. It’s surprising that the author didn’t throw in a few kinky scenes of Jiro having sex with Kaya while he’s in his wolf form. This should have been a long running series which explored the laws, races and customs of the supernatural world in between the steamy love scenes and cool action scenes. It also would have been cool to learn more about graveyards. Honolulu werewolf fans may like “Three Wolves Mountain.”
