“Anything and Something” is a manga/artwork collection by Kaoru Mori. One story deals with a young girl whose personal perspective changes when she gets a new pair of glasses. Another story takes a look at the work schedule of a Playboy Bunny waitress. Others focus on what it’s like to be a maid in Victorian England.
It’s a pretty decent anthology with some very good artwork. Readers should be warned that there are a fair amount of pages devoted solely to sketches. The most interesting story is the one with the Playboy Bunny waitress. The author should do a serial series focusing on the work week of female Playboy Bunnies and how they deal with their job and the customers’ reactions towards them. It would also be pretty amusing to see how the waitresses deal with the annoying stereotypes society has of Playboy Bunnies. Honolulu Kaoru Mori fans looking for something to whet their appetites should read this manga.
