Grimm Brothers Brewery at 623 Denver, in Loveland, has a self proclaimed mission to provide fresh and exciting beers and that they do. They have five beers on tap regularly: Snow Drop, a delicious Honey Wheat Ale, Little Red Cap, my personal favorite which is a hoppier red ale, The Fearless Youth, which is a Dunkel Lager, Master Thief, a German Porter keeping true to their love of German beers, and The Griffin, a Hefeweizen style beer. In addition to these five, the add several others depending on the season.
The atmosphere in the brewery is warm and welcoming with ample seating and a small patio. The only issue is the air circulation which seemed a little stifling on the visits I made there. The service was friendly despite the busy atmosphere. They also do have live music on occasion and offer food options from various vendors.
Having only started their brewery a few years ago, they are extremely successful, and with good reason. If you cannot make it to their brewery, I recommend checking out the other area restaurants and pubs where their quality beers are offered, at http://www.grimmbrosbrewhouse.com/locations.
