Dirk Beaver of Beaver Custom Knives in McCaysville Georgia has launched a new series of knives in collaboration with Self Defense Expert Mike Griffin. The new knives are called "GrifN" Defense. Dirk is a Bladesmith and custom knife maker.
The "GrifN" Defense is made of carbon steel with a curved blade and finger hole for positive grip retention. The overall length of this fixed blade utility knife is approx 7 inches.
It has camo G-10 handles with a lanyard hole. Custom tooling along the back spine and black gun bluing give this 1/4 inch thick knife a rugged and tactical look and feel.
It comes with a custom Kydex sheath with a removable belt/pocket clip that can also be worn as a neck knife.
These are 100% Made in the USA. The knives are carbon steel and keep an fantastic edge but must be oiled regularly to prevent rusting.
