What began as a childhood dream shared between husband and wife team, Matthew Nudelman and Stefanie Greenberg, became a reality decades later. The restaurant name was derived from the wife's side of the family, drawing on a past heritage and creating a future legacy for environmental stewardship.

Greenburger's offers sustainable, local fare that has won plenty of critical acclaim. Everything, from the lineup of vendors to the thereafters, is Mother Earth friendly. Flavors are fresh and distinct. Service is friendly and quick. Prices range from $1.50 to $15.00. Good for a quick weekday lunch takeout.
