I'll admit I'm a bit weary of food delivery services. I've had some not-so-pleasant experiences with them in the past, and either they were too expensive or the food was awful.

I came across Graze, which is delivers healthy and natural snacks to your door either every week, every two weeks, or once a month depending on the option you choose, and the boxes come shipped via USPS Monday through Saturday. Each box costs just $6 (including shipping) and comes with 4 different portion controlled snacks.

My first box came with summer berry flapjack, banana caramel dippers, peach cobbler, and El Picante. So let's get to the taste test, shall we?

The Summer berry flapjack consists of rolled oat flapjack with berry infused cranberries. It's soft, chewy, pulls apart easily, and has a fabulous light taste. It has just enough sweetness to satisfy a sweet tooth without being too sugary. Next up are the banana caramel dippers which consist of banana flatbread with caramel sauce. I'm not a huge fan of caramel, but the banana flat bread had an incredible consistency -- a "cookie" that melts in your mouth -- and when dipped in the caramel, it was even more wonderful.

Onto the Peach Cobbler, which consists of peach strings, honey almonds, yogurt seeds, and amaretti drops. A bit on the sweet side, but the textures were spot on with the combination of the crunchy and soft. Lastly, the El Picante, which has paprika baguettes, spicy chili peanuts, and jumbo corn. It's an ideal combo for someone who wants a kick of spice and is craving crunch. It's just salty enough without being overwhelmingly so, and you don't feel completely bloated and gross afterwards.

My box was lacking the nutritional information booklet that typically comes with the order, but once made aware, the info was sent right over. They offer excellent (and quick) customer service. Graze offers two types of boxes to choose from -- the Nibble Box, which has 90 options to choose from, and the Calorie Counter Box, which has 50 items to choose from.

Would I recommend Graze? Absolutely. The price is phenomenal, the snacks are portion controlled, they're healthy, and they taste incredible, not to mention they include a good mix of salty and sweet.

Happy snacking!
