Dick Grayson has been quit a few things in his lifetime. He started off as a acrobat known as the Flying Grayson in the circus. He then went on to be The Boy Wonder, Batman's sidekick Robin. He then branched out as Nightwing, a protector of Gotham. Then thanks to the Crime Syndicate Dick Grayson's identity was revealed and his death followed soon after, but not even death can stop Grayson. Now in his newest comic series, Grayson written by Tim Seeley, Dick is now a super spy. And not just a super spy, but a double agent.
Dick Grayson is on a mission, but who is he really working for? We know Dick was asked to fake his own death and join Spyral by Batman to find out why they are hunting masked superheros. The issue starts off with Dick, or Agent 37, working closely beside Helena Bertinelli, aka Huntress. The actions starts off right away when people are being drugged and hypnosis is being used. There are people blowing up and wine being spilled. The art work by Mikel Janin is beautiful. The story is easy to read and easy to follow along.
Will Dick be a successful double agent? Will he be able to stop Spyral before the find out the identities of all the superheroes? Guess we'll have to wait and find out. I love seeing Dick in action again and doing something different. I really enjoyed reading this issue of the comic and can't wait to continue the series. Have you added Grayson to your pull list yet? If not I think you should. Let me know what you thought about the comic. Until next time my comic book nerds.
