Medium Light and Medium Dark Roasts

If you've never heard of Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda, you might want to be sure you know of them now because not only do they brew some delicious blends of coffee for all manners of occasion, but they support an amazing cause and country.

The two blends of java that we'd like to share with you today are the company's medium light roast and medium dark roast.

The formerly mentioned blend starts off with an aroma of espresso notes and simple coffee scents you would expect when it comes to to a medium light roast.

After the friendly, room filling preview, we allow our palate to bask in the delicious, mild brew of espresso ground. The immediate taste is light, comfortable and not too intense, especially when you compare it to the medium dark.

Once your palate has cleared all liquid, the aftermath left is a little more dark than expected for a medium light brew. The espresso sits nicely for a complete, pleasant brew.

Switching gears from the medium light to the medium dark roast, it's a delicious, bold java and is one we recommend to all dark coffee drinkers and universal coffee drinkers alike.

The aroma of the medium dark roast is quite similar to that of the medium light roast with pleasant scents of espresso that are not threatening, especially for a darker blend.

Once you take a filling of the medium dark blend, you immediately are greeted with a bold, balanced and delicious brew that is outstanding. The after taste that drinkers will be left with is a nice, clean espresso finish and is fitting for a dark blend.

What's important to know about this company and its coffee is a short, but very powerful sentence when you visit the company's website.

Through direct sourcing, fair trade, ethical practices and environmental stewardship, our dedication to the coffee farmers of Rwanda will allow them to create a sustainable business that can be passed from one generation to the next."

If you are a coffee lover, you will not want to miss out on Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda's two delicious blends, medium dark roast and medium light roast.
