Genius has been making some pretty good equipment lately. I got a keyboard from them and it was pretty damn good. I got to have some time with the Zabius Universal Gaming Headset and I would have to say it works the best on PC, but the PS3 and 360 usage is pretty nice too. It is on the pricier side, but the price is worthy with the quality.
The Zabius Universal Gaming Headset is usable with the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. It has a variety of connections that work with each platform and the headset comes with instructions on how to set it up accordingly. At first, I had some trouble with the PC connections. I tried using the headphone/microphone jacks respectively like I normally would, but for some reason, I could not hear any sound. This was remedied with using the USB connection as well. The sound quality is top notch and to be honest, I would take the microphone out of the headset and use it to listen to music while I was running errands.
The design can be described as textured there is a lot going on with the design of the Zabius Headset. It has firm, but comfortable earpads. The cloth headband sits comfortably on the top of your head. One of the downsides is that this headset is kind of heavy for something to wear on your head. I guess this is why the padding has done so well. The headset has a nice array of LED displays. On the changer box that allows you to switch between PC, PS3, and Xbox settings there is a LED that tells you when the mic is muted. On the actual earpads the LEDs light up along the timing of the bass of whatever sounds are playing. While you yourself cannot look at them, it is cool to see if you are a steamer. My biggest complaint is how this unit is not glasses friendly. With my glasses the headset would put pressure on the sides of my glasses, displacing them and after prolonged use, would begin to hurt the sides of my head.

The Zabius Universal Gaming Headset works very well for gaming, but if you have glasses, you may experience some discomfort. The sound quality is great as is the voice quality. Because of it's somewhat heavy build, it feels very sturdy. You can buy it on Amazon now. I would highly recommend this headset to gamers who wish to have a good headset, but don't game for 10+ hours a day.
