Because it's not directly on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, where most of the major restaurants and chains are, it might be easy to miss the Fusion Cafe if you didn't know about it. However, if you're craving some great Asian food while you're visiting, you absolutely do not want to miss out on eating here.
We visited on a Thursday evening around 6 pm, and the restaurant was almost completely empty. Don't let that turn you off though. Service was very good, and friendly, but not overbearing. The restaurant was a bit dark but decorated nicely, and there was a television at one corner if you were interested in catching a sports game that was on that evening.
The menu has a wide variety of options, featuring Chinese, Thai, and Japanese foods. I began my meal with the Tom Kha soup with chicken. This is a soup I order every time I'm at a place that has Thai food. Here at the Fusion Cafe they had one of the best versions of this soup that I've ever had. For dinner we sampled two of the curry dishes. Both were very tasty, with just the right amount of spice. They also provided very large portions of each dish.
The prices are quite reasonable. Most meals are between $7-15, with many in the $7-10 range. They also have some very affordable lunch specials. Their full menu can be found here.
The Fusion Cafe was one of the best restaurants we came across in Pigeon Forge, and definitely worth trying. It's located at 2528 McGill Street, Pigeon Forge TN, and is open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm.
