Let’s take a look at the decklist and see how Forest’s Fury stacks up to the competition with a rundown and review!

Forest’s Fury is a straightforward Treefolk tribal tree fest that packs plenty of punch. While you’re not going to have access to much removal to take care of opposing threats, Forest Fury opts to simply roll over anything on the other side of the table with huge arboreal abominations – and It contains enough serious saplings to give even Kiora Atua’s creature carnival a challenge. There’s even a recurring Rancor in here to help bolster your branches!
Your smaller trees will hit the ground rooted and pave the way toward large threats – Dauntless Direbark, Dungrove Elder, Nemata, or infinite Weatherseed Treefolk. There are some other goodies in Forest’s Fury to make your opponent very unhappy should they try to wield sorceries and instants against your wood warriors, as Heartwood Storytellers will keep your hand flush with flora should your trees be burned or banished.
Even larger threats are available in the unlockable area, with Verdeloth, Verdant Forces, Woodfall Primus, another Dauntless Direbark, Multani, and Beacon of Creation heading up some excellent addition possibilities. It should be fairly easy to remove some of the more generic trees like the Oakgnarl Warriors to facilitate these powerful options.
If you’re a fan of crushing your opponents with an all out creature assault, Forest’s Fury is a must have addition to your Magic: The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 collection.
