A William Morrow Paperback Original
A debut New Adult trilogy by New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan set in a prestigious but less-than-pristine Ivy League university, where rumors of an underground kink club circulate, and three suite-mates hit more than the books when they find love with some unlikely guys...
Shy, repressed 19-year-old Pepper has been in love with her best friend's older brother forever. But it's his last year of college. If something is going to happen, it's now or never. But how does she get him to notice her? She's not a kid anymore and it's time he learned that. Who better to teach this never-been-kissed college sophomore the ways of seduction than the hot 23-year-old bad boy who runs the local college bar?
Short and sweet: I loved this book. It was everything a book should be: hot and sweet, engaging, a page-turner. What more could a person ask for? Well, more of this story, maybe. The characters were good - the hero, Reece, was ridiculously hot - I really liked all of them, which is a feat these days. There seems to be a trend (or maybe it's just the books I've come across lately) of unlikable characters, which is fine - if they have any redeeming qualities, and all too many of them don't. Not so in this book. I liked all of the characters from the start, separately and together. I really enjoyed getting to know them, but boy when they were together, it was hot, hot, hot!
I really look forward to reading more from this author and this series. I can't say enough good things about this book and would definitely recommend it for all fans of New Adult or Romance.
