Located on Rice Road off of 291 Highway, Fig Tree uses only fresh and organic ingredients to prepare delectable dishes. Fig Tree prides themselves in using only naturally grown and steroid free products. They purchase cage-free eggs from local farmers and also use meat from local cow farms.
They have a small bakery and coffee area where they whip up made-from-scratch desserts. The aroma of their freshly made cakes and pies will have you instantly craving a sweet treat.
They serve both American style dishes and Mediterranean, as well. Not only are you getting the freshest dish possible, but a cultural experience, too.
If you are looking for an outstanding meal, I recommend the Mediterranean Morning: two free-range eggs any style, hummus, shekshouka, lebaneh (yogurt cheese), freshly baked Arabic bread, and their signature Za'atar-spiced potatoes.
Fig Tree will accommodate to any dietary need. They have gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options, even in the bakery.
