Canada Goose has always been about keeping you as warm as possible regardless of location or climate. Recently the Canada Goose brand has picked up a lot of steam as fans of the coat/jackets have grown to leaps and bounds especially in NY where last season’s winter was extremely rough and nasty. Its not easy to find a fashionable jacket that can keep you warm but not sacrifice style, which is why Canada Goose is so successful, they have been able to be both stylish and practical. This fall 2013, CG is introducing their Branta collection as well as their Technical Shells and youth collections.
I visited with the Canada Goose team earlier this year to checkout their fall collections, and as always they impressed me with their new looks. Although CG is known for their Chilliwack, and Expedition coats these new variations are equally amazing. Branta, their luxury jacket collection made in Italy uses wool fabrics made by Loro Piana and advanced Storm System® technology plus it comes in a slim fit, its fabrics and styling married with modern performance technology and protection. Branta jackets come in Tan, Green, Navy and Black and start at around $900. Technical Shells, offers a 3-layer Tri-Durance™ hard shell fabric with an amazingly soft hand-feel, the Technical Shells are form-fitting to move and stretch with you, waterproof, windproof and breathable, they’re designed to help you through high intensity pursuits and in the wettest conditions. Lastly, but certainly not least is their 2013 Youth, Kids, and Baby Collection. This new collection features fully redesigned pieces for every age and adventure, including the Gosling Graduate System – an industry first – and improved fits and exceptional durability. The youth jackets are great for the kiddies who are our most prized possessions.
Canada Goose is one of those brands that anything you decide to buy you are virtually guaranteed top quality and style. Available in Bloomingdale’s, Barneys, Paragon and more, you cant go wrong with CG.
