Its always tough to find the right jacket for those in between seasonal times especially in New York where the weather can be unpredictable, so when you find the right lightweight jacket, you hold on to it for dear life. The Hybridge Lite Hoody by Canada Goose, is a must have jacket for fall and early spring weather.
I had Hybridge Lite Hoody for two months, and in NY the weather was brutal. From heavy snow, bi polar temperature changes, rain etc. the jacket was surprisingly effective during the 2014 winter in NYC. The jacket weighs less than half a pound, but with some for layering you can absolutely be protected. I am a big fan of properly placed pockets on jackets, and this jacket had the right amount of functional pockets (upper Napoleon chest pockets), which were pretty deep as well. Here are some of the features of the hybridge lite hoody:
*Internal stretch mesh pocket
*Upper Napoleon chest pockets secured with YKK® reversed coil zippers and zipper pulls
*Stretch Lycra® hood edge and cuff binding with thumbholes for comfort and performance
*Centre-front YKK® two-way locking reversed coil zipper, with CG logo puller
*Die-cut centre-front storm flap, with a wrap-over brushed tricot chin guard and finished with CG logo zipper tape
*Outside hand pockets are secured with YKK® reversed coil zippers and zipper pulls
*Self-packable into exterior left-hand pocket for convenience
Canada goose has a long-standing reputation of having quality outerwear that cannot only keep you warm but stylish as well. The hybridge lite falls right in line with the standards that CG has set overall. Now, I don’t recommend wearing this jackets when the temperature is under 32 degrees, its not made for that, even with layering it still wont be enough to keep you all the way warm.
