"What I cook is modern Thai cuisine, not fusion food which is often more like 'confusion food' because people do not understand the roots," shared Chef Mc Dang, "I have a deep understanding of Thai food principles, profiles, structure and history. The Cuisine

Chef Mc Dang has a way of creating innovative Thai cuisine that is skillfully prepared, soulful and flavorsome. Appearances may be deceiving as his presentation is much more upscale then typical Thai food , yet the taste is comfortably familiar and reminiscent of some of the best street food in Thailand. I enjoyed a stunning 6-course degustation menu that included the delectable Grilled Marinated Prawn with Sweet & Sour Tamarind Glaze as well as Timbale of Curry Fish Mousse which is an ethereal marvel of spicy notes and soft silky texture. Another highlight is the magical Braised Pork Belly with Quail Egg which is a masterfully elevated version of a popular street food favorite and the understated yet elegant Shrimp, Torn Chicken, Grilled Banana Blossom and Sour Green Mango in Smoked Fish infused Broth. Next came the alluring Grilled Stuffed Squid Salad w/Orange Segments, Grapes, Melon, Mesculin, and Spicy Seafood Dressing and the light and refreshing Watermelon with Crispy Smoked Dried Fish Flake Dressing. The highlight is the Braised Beef Osso Bucco In Green Curry Sauce w/ Black Rice which is a comforting and hearty dish with an unparalleled depth of flavor. Chef Mc Dang has a nice offering of Thai desserts including the Banana Pudding dipped in White and Dark Chocolate, the Taro Palm Sugar Custard and the Palm Sugar and Coconut Cream Panna Cotta w/Mango and Sticky Rice.
